Everlasting Moment of CSTM

I was admitted in CSTM in the year 1993. It is a school under Department of Education (DOE) from nursery to eight standard. Our school building was changed three times. Owing to the ruin climate, our school was completely swept away by flood. After that a very fine building was built beside the river Beas. And it is situated in ‘Rangri’ 3km away from Manali. There I done 2-8th standard. It is a very beautiful spot to study. All the sides are surrounded by the mountains with snowy peaks. A very cool environment, no disturbance at all, only the river running in front of the school may cause some noise but we the people of hilly areas get an habbit of that. We enjoy the rhythm of that flow. While going through those roads in bus I used to watch the flow of that river always entertain us as if its also running with us.
According to other big schools my school is small but the related facilities are superb. Not only for studying it provide ample of facilities of sports cultural etc. And I think for me its more than enough.
Teachers teaching here I admire them most. Not only because they are our teachers but because they doesn’t take it lightly as a profession, they own up their responsibilities with a heart. If we the student have the intention to study they are always ready to take out time from their busy schedule and eager to take extra classes for the deeper knowledge. And of course I remember all those extra classes I attended under their guidance mostly when it is Sunday. This one day class in a week, really seems a very extraordinary class. Because of Sunday, school is officially off. So all are in outdressed. Every mate comes with home made lunch. We don’t prefer bus, rather we walk or sometime we asked for lift. We doesn’t consider that we are studying but enjoying. As due to the external freedom basically we feel relaxed internally and then we enjoy the real taste of studying. I don’t mean that the rules and disciplines are obstackle for the growth of ones studies.Definitely there should be. But sometime there should be some change to inhance the interest of the students towards their studies. I am very fortunate to have such opportunity in my life. And that credit completely
goes to my great teachers. Their dedication I cant forget throughout my life.Really they witness the saying-Teachers are like candle which can burn themselves and give light to others.’
I had studied my nine years in this school.And the last year I mean in eight standard we have to give CBSE Board Exam.So at the end of the session we are adviced to stay in school for one month as a mini hostel.We have provided extra classes at night. As our whole classmates are very closed to each other.Together we had enjoyed the mini hostel life as we all belong to day schooler and didn’t have the experience of hostel life.That was one of most wonderful memory I have kept safely because after that we classmates,
All our close buddies are departed.In a nutshell we all are departed from our second home.Though its pain of departure is unbearable but however it’s the way of life –Every meeting is followed by departure.So we must go under this.
From CSTM I have got ample regards. The love and affection of my teachers and friends always became a source of inspiration for me which enhances my interest towards learning.No matter where the wind carry us but I will keep all those wonderful and memorable memories of CSTM in the deepest core of my heart, an everlasting moment.
